Eligibility

To use Taskora.lk, you must be at least 10 years old. By using the platform, you represent that you meet these requirements.

User Accounts

  • You must register to access freelancer or client services.
  • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.
  • You agree to provide accurate and up-to-date information.

Platform Usage

Taskora connects freelancers and clients for project-based work. Users agree to:

  • Use the platform for lawful purposes only.
  • Not post misleading, fraudulent, or harmful content.
  • Respect the rights of other users and third parties.

Payments & Fees

  • All payments must be made through Taskora’s secure payment system.
  • Taskora may charge a service fee (platform commission) for each transaction. This will be disclosed before payment.
  • Disputes related to payments will be resolved based on our dispute resolution policy.

Intellectual Property

  • All content on Taskora.lk (including logos, UI, and platform features) is the property of Taskora.
  • Freelancers retain ownership of the work they deliver unless the contract or client explicitly requires full rights transfer.

Prohibited Activities

You may not:

  • Violate any laws or third-party rights.
  • Use Taskora for spam, phishing, or fraudulent activity.
  • Attempt to access other users’ accounts or data.

Dispute Resolution

  • Taskora encourages users to resolve issues through mutual discussion.
  • If needed, Taskora will intervene to mediate disputes, but does not guarantee outcomes.
  • Our decision in disputes may be final in certain cases.

Termination of Accounts

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that:

  • Violate these Terms.
  • Engage in abusive, fraudulent, or harmful behavior.
  • Harm the integrity or security of the platform.

Limitation of Liability

Taskora is not responsible for:

  • User-generated content or third-party interactions.
  • Any loss, damage, or disputes arising outside the platform.
  • Downtime, errors, or technical issues beyond our control.

Modifications

Taskora reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be notified via email or platform notice. Continued use after updates implies acceptance of the revised Terms.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Sri Lanka. Any legal action shall be brought in the relevant courts of Sri Lanka.
