We Value Your Trust and Satisfaction

This policy outlines how refunds and returns are handled for services and transactions made through Taskora.lk.

Eligibility for Refunds

  • Refunds are only applicable for projects where no deliverables have been provided or in cases of verified non-performance by the freelancer.
  • Clients must request a refund within 7 days of project cancellation or dispute resolution.

Non-Refundable Situations

  • Partial or fully completed work that was already approved by the client.
  • Disputes resolved in favor of the freelancer.
  • Situations where communication was unclear or no mutual agreement was established.

Refund Process

  • Submit a refund request through the support center or dispute portal.
  • Our team will review the case within 3–5 business days.
  • Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7–10 working days.

Milestone-Based Projects

  • For projects divided into milestones, refunds will only be applicable for the current or upcoming unpaid milestone.
  • Completed and approved milestones are not eligible for refunds.

Service Fees

Platform service fees charged by Taskora are non-refundable unless the full project was canceled and no work was initiated.

Returns on Digital Services

  • Since Taskora facilitates digital freelance services, there are no physical returns.
  • However, clients may request revision or rework if deliverables are incomplete, defective, or not as agreed.

Dispute Resolution Support

If you're unhappy with the outcome of a project, please open a dispute through your dashboard. Taskora’s support team will mediate and help find a fair resolution.
